Chris Parsloe

Chris has written many of BSRIA's respected commissioning guidesChris has a background in building services design. He is a technical author of BSRIA, CIBSE and HVCA publications on a range of subjects including system commissioning, pre-commissioning cleaning, design of variable flow pumping systems and pipework pressure testing.

Chris has a wealth of experience providing training on pipe system design and commissioning, valve design and development.

Career Summary

Prior to starting his own consultancy business in 2003, Chris was a Senior Research Engineer and Section Leader for BSRIA from 1987 to 2001. In this work he acquired a thorough understanding of fluid dynamics as applied to pipe systems hydraulics, as well as practical issues arising in the design and installation of pipework systems.

After leaving BSRIA, Chris worked for valve distributor, SAV (UK) Ltd, developing a range of valve products and assemblies which are now successfully sold around the world.
