This webinar will be useful to callers who are new to benchmarking since guidance on their use will be given. It will also be useful to existing KPI users since the latest M&E industry's KPI results will be disseminated. This webinar will be delivered by Gerry Samuelsson-Brown who has produced the M&E industry's KPIs for the last decade.

Geraldine Samuelsson-Brown (Gerry) of BSRIA has vast experience in this area and will present the webinar. She is currently producing the 8th set of KPIs for M&E contractors, as well as collecting client satisfaction feedback for the construction consultants' KPIs. She is a founder member of the KPI Consortium and can help viewers locate the most appropriate suite of KPIs for their business.
