This webinar will provide delegates with guidance on the use of environmental tools designed to help achieve better environmental performance of your building, such as:

- who is it focused at?
- how easy is it to do?
- what's in it for you? 

Also with another phase of the CRC energy efficiency scheme about to start we will discuss the legislative updates concerning the scheme.

Along with the controversy surrounding the recent Copenhagen UN Climate Change Summit we will also be reviewing how this affects the way you manage your buildings.

The lecturer - Richard Hillyard
Richard Hillyard is a Senior Consultant in BSRIAs Design and FM Innovation team and is BSRIAs Environmental Manager responsible for our environmental strategy.  His main areas of focus are energy assessment and measurement as well as environmental issues, he also gets involved in various FM projects and Data Centre energy analysis. 

 

Prior to BSRIA, Richard was working for a small FM Consultancy and has worked on a number of environmental reviews for a small motorsports racing team and a buiding and refurbishment contractor. He has also been involved in carbon footprint assessments as well as Data Centre energy benchmarking projects.
