Test and certification

BSRIA is the leading independent UK laboratory for product testing, certification and performance verification.

As a UKAS accredited laboratory with over 50 years experience in product and system testing we offer standard and bespoke services to manufacturers, specifiers, contractors and clients.

In addition to third party testing, BSRIA is starting a new certification body BSRIA Cert offering independent and authoritative product certification through its own schemes.

Using our numerous environmental chambers our technical experts test a vast range of HVAC products and systems, some of which are listed here usimg the buttons on the left.

  • if there is no standard, we will write one
  • if you want to test in your own laboratories, we can witness the test for you
  • we will even design the laboratories for you

Customers can come to BSRIA to witness testing facilities and see for themselves the capability of their products.

For standard testing BSRIA's facilities and services are UKAS accredited to ISO/IEC 17025 giving you assurance of technical quality.
