BSRIA's subsidiary office in Beijing, China, opened in September 2007.

The China office now acts as a local hub for China and the wider Asia region, providing dedicated market research and a window to other BSRIA services.

The office remains closely linked with BSRIA's UK headquarters near London, to increase BSRIA's international research portfolio and add further capability to satisfy the needs of clients around the world.

Oliver Peng - General Manager of BSRIA Asia, Principle Consultant

• Oliver is the General Manager of BSRIA (China) Ltd. Oliver joined BSRIA in 2002 after obtaining his Master Degree in University of Lancaster. He has been responsible for a series of research projects initiation and implementation covering cabling, heating, AC, bathroom equipment, FM, renewable product market.
• Oliver is highly experienced in managing international research projects and his research experience covers across the world, he has visited over 30 major markets globally to meet clients and take in charge of market and competitive intelligence development. In addition, Oliver has done many research projects for government exchanges between China and UK.
• He is responsible for BSRIA's commercial operation, Business Development and Customer relations in Asia.

Angela Yu-Deputy General Manager, Senior Market Research Consultant   

• Angela Yu holds a Bachelor degree in Business and Management Studies from University of Bradford in the UK. And a Master degree in Marketing and Management from University of Bradford UK.
• Since Joining BSRIA China in 2008, Angela has been responsible for the office management, marketing and sales as well as running quite a lot research projects.
• Her research area includes Air Conditioning, Heating, Refrigeration, Renewables, Bathroom and Intelligence Building Products areas. She has compiled both multi-clients and private researches and is a very experienced client-liaison individual.
• Her previous 3-year-working experience in the UK involved project management, customer services and consultancy.

Yuan Li - Market Research Consultant

• Prior to BSRIA Beijing, Yuan worked with Nielsen research for 18 months on projects within radio rating, pre-election polls and automotive. The most recent projects Yuan has involved individually at BSRIA is WWAC 2009, China Heating 2009. Yuan's strengths lay in communication with people from different professional backgrounds.
• Yuan graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce degree, Majored in Marketing and Organizational Behavior from Macquarie University, Sydney. Later, worked towards Postgraduate Diploma degree of Translation with University of Western Sydney.

 Martin Li -Market Research Consultant

• Martin is a highly skilled, versatile and creative market consultant with Bachelor Degree in Economics and Masters Degree in Project Management at the University of Warwick, UK.
• Martin has wide-ranging expertise in conducting numerical/quantitative analysis for market information, such as market size, market value, market trend and other information regarding to specific products.
• After joining BSRIA, as a full time international market research consultant, he has conducted market researches in valves, energy efficiency, floor heating, HAVC and building automation. As always, Martin will strive to achieve the highest standards possible for his clients.

 David Wang-Market Research Consultant

• M.A. with engineering background and 4 year work experience in a building materials company.
• Love research work very much. Used to start up a research website as personal hobby.
• Investigates China's Cabling Market as well as other fields. Manage the company's marketing business in the mean time.
• Have been conducting projects both multi-client and private client projects covering HVAC and other new technology areas.

Ray Wang - Market Research Consultant

• Ray graduated with Bachelor Degree of Mathematical Finance from Trent University, Canada.
• Ray is full of energy, passion, modesty and sense of responsibility, striving to do the best job. He also has 1 year research experience in IT areas, and in the past he has worked on many projects for world-wide famous IT companies, like IBM, HP, DELL, etc.
• After joining BSRIA, as a full time international market research consultant, he has conducted market researches in valves, energy efficiency, 3-constant system for his clients.

Cissy Liu- International Account Manager, Consultant

• Cissy Liu graduated from University of Durham (BA Economics). In 2009, she completed her master degree at LSE (MSc Real Estate Economics and Finance).
• She has been working on part of China refrigeration study, China Solar thermal & PV study and China Bathroom study. She is planned to be involved in forthcoming China Facility Management study. In addition, she has been working for a number of private studies covering most of the HVAC industry.
