BSRIA's Legislation and Compliance Online Database keeps you up-to-date with legislation in a rapidly changing environment.

This online resource replaces our annual legislation CD and will enable you to quickly search records relating to building services. A simple keyword search will produce a list of the related acts, regulations and compliance information. The database will be continually updated to help keep you informed of new legislation.

Highlights include: 

- Each selected Act or Regulation highlight the building services aspects of that legislation

- Information includes commencement dates, brief descriptions, authorities for enforcement

- Additional compliance guidance from a facilities management perspective
