BSRIA has published a range of free guidance to help companies understand the Soft Landings process an implement it successfully for new and refurbished buildings:

Soft Landings core principles **New** published March 2012
The package of principles that should be adopted in their entirety in order for a construction project to be deemed a true Soft Landings project.

Soft Landings framework
The Soft Landings Framework includes all the procedures for applying Soft Landings, plus checklists and generic workplans (simple registration required to download).

Soft Landings for schools
This case study publication reports on how Soft Landings processes have been carried out on the UK schools rebuilding programme. The leaflet identifies not only the benefits of applying Soft Landings, but also some of the barriers, and ways in which those barriers can be overcome. BREEAM New Construction & Soft Landings
