Code for Sustainable Homes

BSRIA is a licensed Code for Sustainable Homes assessor and can help to improve your rating
BSRIA is a licensed Code for Sustainable Homes assessor, the approved scheme for evaluating the sustainable credentials of newly built houses and flats.

Since its introduction, it has been a requirement for all public sector housing to be built to at least Code level 3. From 1st May 2008, all developments where a local authority has received a building notice, initial notice or full plans application after this date, will require a Code rating.

BSRIA is also a BREEAM (BRE Environmental Assessment Method) assessor for offices, retail and education, which makes us well placed to offer recognised environmental assessments for dwellings, non-dwellings and mixed developments.
