Benefits

The benefits to members include:

• Access by any pertinent staff at the member's firm to three seminars per year (which are held in February, June and October). These are organised and facilitated by Gerry Samuelsson-Brown and usually alternate between Birmingham and Bracknell and are from 10 till 1pm. The content varies according to the KPI results and members' needs, ie could focus on health and safety, O&M manuals and supply chain issues. Each seminar includes the latest KPI information, club project data and feedback and the opportunity to raise issues and share experiences to help solve problems.
   
• Hard and electronic copies of the KPI Handbook for M&E contractors (updated each June)
   
• Interim help, which is usually given by email or telephone. This may be a benchmarking query or support with inputting data using external software such as eContrack or SNAP or a member's own system.
   
• An annual visit from Gerry (if requested). This can be a one-to-one meeting to help a new member of staff or to check the member's processes or results, presentation to a number of staff to provide KPI training or staff buy-in or can be a more formal presentation to the member's board.
