Business performance forum

Membership of the BPF helps M&E contractors to improve performance and serviceBSRIA is a member of the KPI Consortium and since 2000 has produced the annual suite of KPIs for M&E contractors.

Since the year 2000 BSRIA has also facilitated the Business Performance Forum. This club was initially set up to help the major M&E contractors benchmark themselves against their peer group. It is now open to any M&E-related contracting firm that needs support with setting up their customer care programme and is actively benchmarking their performance on projects.

The membership (regardless of whether the firm is already a member of BSRIA) is £1,000 plus VAT per annum, effective from the date of joining.

BSRIA's expectation of member involvement:

• Members are expected to contribute by completing the annual KPI return, which forms part of the annual collection
• Promote the use of benchmarking as a means to improve services to the construction industry by any of the following: attending the Forum's seminars, sharing project data, sharing benchmarking and related experience.
