BSRIA's visual roof inspection provides an independent inspection of the roof area, its construction elements and the standard of its fitting. This is to give a clear view of the condition and the likely performance of the completed roof system, in addition to highlighting any remedial work necessary.

The external roof system inspection will specifically examine:

• roof construction 
• rooflight construction 
• roof protrusions 
• gutters and drainage 
• rainwater downpipes 
• safety systems

Following the inspection, a detailed report will highlight any deficiencies in the fabric or the installation, with photographic evidence.
