Do you know how your service providers compare with the industry average?  BSRIA is now undertaking its 6th annual customer satisfaction study of mechanical and electrical maintenance service providers.

To take part, complete and submit the straightforward questionnaire from the links below. They should take you no longer than five minutes to complete.
