BSRIA launches NBS specification writing service

A new arrangement between BSRIA and NBS will help designers write and convert specifications to NBS format. This new service will help designers get the most out of NBS Engineering Services, which provides a consistent approach to specification writing and speeds up the process of keeping specifications up-to-date and accurate. This will save time for engineers to focus on core design work.

BSRIA's senior engineer, John Sands explains "Many BSRIA members and customers subscribe to specification writing services such as NBS. Our new service will help them unlock potential to make the most of the time saving and quality assurance benefits."


BSRIA has arrangements with both AMTECH nes Specification Expert and NBS Engineering ServicesIan Chapman, Technical Manager of NBS says "This new arrangement combines NBS and BSRIA technical expertise to help customers adapt NBS Engineering Services to match their project types and procurement methods. Engaging BSRIA to create company master specifications with a technical and contractual review by NBS engineers is a proactive approach to specification writing and one which provides a sound basis for robust, high quality project specifications."
