BSRIA's Colin Pearson gains BREEAM Accredited Professional status

BREEAM Accredited Professionals have experience in sustainability and design so that they are in a good position to advise design teams on how to achieve their target BREEAM rating. 

Colin Pearson of BSRIA has gained BREEAM Accredited Professional (BREEAM AP) status by demonstrating specialist skills in sustainability and environmental design combined with a high level of competence in the BREEAM assessment process.  Colin can provide design teams with expert advice on built environment sustainability, environmental design and environmental assessment.  He can facilitate the team's efforts to successfully schedule activities, set priorities and negotiate the trade-offs required to achieve a target BREEAM rating when the design is formally assessed.
