Benchmarking can help you identify gaps in your building performance and the industry averageBSRIA is now undertaking its 7th annual customer satisfaction study of mechanical and electrical maintenance service providers. The results, not widely available anywhere else can be used as a tool to influence your service provider and aide your management of them.
To take part, complete and submit the straightforward questionnaire.
It should take you no longer than five minutes to complete. In return we will send you a complimentary Key Performance Indicator (KPI) wallchart of the results. All responses will be treated in the strictest confidence; names will not be published.
Don't forget to print a copy of your survey before submission for easy comparison when you receive the wallchart.
