Introduction
What gets measured gets attention! Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Benchmarking are now accepted as valuable techniques that make a significant contribution to key business areas. Without some form of measurement how can an organisation manage the current changes and challenges in the construction industry or be able to provide evidence of sustained improvement in performance and practices?
Who would benefit from this webinar?
Although this webinar draws on the performance of the M&E sector, the generic principles of benchmarking and setting up your own customer satisfaction feedback programme are relevant to the entire construction supply chain. The webinar will provide a better understanding of the various suites of KPIs, how to interpret the KPI charts and key tools that are available.
The speaker - Gerry Samuelsson-Brown
Geraldine Samuelsson-Brown (Gerry) of BSRIA has vast experience in this area and will present the webinar. She is currently producing the 8th set of KPIs for M&E contractors, as well as collecting client satisfaction feedback for the construction consultants' KPIs. She is a founder member of the KPI Consortium and can help viewers locate the most appropriate suite of KPIs for their business.
Start time: 14.00
Duration: 60 minutes including questions
