BSRIA Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of The Building Services Research and Information Association, a not-for-profit company limited by guarantee.

• Commercial Airtightness Testing (Manager, David Unwin)

• Design and FM Innovation (Manager, Nigel Anderson) offering a range of design support, facilities management and research services, with specialists in low carbon engineering and the use of water in buildings
• Instrument Solutions (Manager, David Stephens) offering hire, calibration and retail of instrument, and airtightness of new dwellings
• MicroClimate and Test (Manager, Greg King) offering a range of design support, research and testing and certification services
